CHILDREN ATTENDING PRE-PREP (KINDERGARTEN) MUST HAVE TURNED THREE (3) YEARS BY 30 JUNE THE YEAR PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT.

THE 3-DAY GROUP MAY COMPRISE YOUNGER AND OLDER CHILDREN.

UPON COMMENCEMENT OF PRE-PREP CHILDREN MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3˝ TO 4˝ YEARS.

I wish to enrol my child at St Thomas’s Riverview Kindergarten and enclose $20.00 as a Waiting List Fee. I understand that on receipt of this fee my child’s name will be placed on the Waiting List and I will be contacted when a vacancy occurs.

Note: should there be a vacancy you will be sent a “Letter of Offer”.  If you decide to accept this offer, then a deposit of $200.00 is to be paid within two (2) weeks of the date of the “Letter of Offer”. 
$50.00 of this amount is to pay an Enrolment Administration Fee.  The balance of $150.00 will be deducted from the fourth term’s fees.  In the event that your child does not commence at St Thomas’s or complete all four terms then you will forfeit this amount.

This form should be returned to the Kindergarten as soon as possible.
